Here at jewelry by Shop Courtney we are so proud of our high-quality and non-tarnishing jewelry, we want you to feel like a BABE!

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry we would be happy to exchange it, or return it for IN STORE CREDIT (only applicable to jewelry by Shop Courtney, cannot be applied to clothing) within 14 days of when you purchased it. 

We ask that it isn’t worn and be returned in its original packaging. Our team will be inspecting returns for signs of wear and tear. if the item has clear signs of use, damage, or returned after the 14-day period, the package will be returned to the sender. We cover the shipping to you, so we ask that you cover the shipping back to us! We are not responsible for any lost packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number : )
